Applicability: This Policy applies to all 天涯海角APP (“天涯海角APP” or the “College”) students.

Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to establish 天涯海角APP’s commitment to providing services for students with disabilities.

Statement:

Services for students with disabilities will be provided in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. Students with disabilities can request services or accommodations through the processes administered by the 天涯海角APP Access Services department.
